Temple of Chaos Lift issue

So if you're in a Ultimatum trial and you accidentally blink toward the lifts while killing it will put you on top of the not activated lift. At this point the lift lowers and is now broken after completion of the trial. The switch doesn't work etc.

Can we get this looked into? I can make a full video of what to do etc but here is a video of it not working.
