servi "local knowledge" still highlighted

hello,

the npc "servi" in ziggurat encampment in act 3 has a talking point called "local knowledge". when i click on it there is a sound effect, the screen briefly flickers, then it stays highlighted as though it's still waiting for me to click on it. i assume this is a bug of some sort.

please fix.
