Unique Stash Tab Not Accepting Duplicate Item

Hi,

I just found the Unique bow Widowhail. I already have one Widowhail in my Unique stash tab. It is, in fact, my only bow there. I can not add the second Widowhail to my Unique stash. Th message I get is that there isn't enough space. Either this is a bug, or I would like to refund my Unique stash purchase as the tab is useless to me in its current state.

The unique stash tab can only hold one of each unique. It has always been this way since they introduced the stash tab. I am unsure of the refund policy, but you're going to need to contact support. This is not a bug.

A unique stash tab does not offer infinite storage. It allows you to store one copy of every unique. The mtx description should say as much as well.

If you want a refund, contact support. There's a link at the bottom of the screen that'll take you to a page with the e-mail address to contact. They'll probably want info like account name, name of some of the characters, what you want refunded, and why you want it refunded.

I would suggest having the tab empty while waiting for a response, though I don't know how refunds for this sort of thing works. It also might be a while before they give a response--they've been backlogged since Nov/Dec. They also say to not send extra e-mails while waiting for a response, because sending extra e-mails will move you to the back of the queue and make it take longer to get a response.
