Rare monsters spawning outside of map borders

I feel like this has to be a known issue because it's been happening here and there for weeks now, but thought I should post as a just in case. Mostly because when it happens, they aren't usually as far off the map as this one and they can usually be ranged down in some way if that is available to you.

It isn't restricted to any particular map that I can tell. And while relatively infrequent, does happen often enough to seem problematic considering the risk to bricking maps for players.
