Kicked out of Arbiter of Ash Encounter After 4 deaths

I was playing in a duo for the Arbiter of Ash fight, we both died twice, so 4 total deaths and were kicked out after trying to revive the last time. Immediately when we were in the hideout trying to rejoin the instance, my game crashed. Once I opened the game back up there were no portals or any indication to rejoin the fight. It happened around 23:34 EST (UTC-5). Please let me know if there is any way we can get those final lives back or something of the sort?
