Lost Item on server crash (Friends got disconnected at the same time)

Was doing Simulacrum and Got disconnected while doing a weapon swap (Sigil of power on a staff). Two of my friends that were playing too (not with me, but with me on discord) were disconnected at the same time. When I logged back (took me 1-2 seconds to get back in) my wand was gone, not on the floor, not anywhere on me, just gone.

Hope I can get my item back.
