T16 BOSS MAP, CORRUPTED, IRRADIATED BUGGING CORPSE

Hello,
I'm reaching you because it seems there is a bug on Vaal Foundry specifically, happened to someone else too.
We do the map normally, then, at some point, a RARE MOB is bugging as a corpse, unable to kill it or target it in any way, so i thought may be i can do the boss and it will fix it, but no...
Corpse still there, and if people try to come, they are also stuck on the little valley at the end of the map where you can just do nothing, not even teleporting to the begining to try to consume the corpse or else.
So, on this one, would be great to :
First: Put a teleport at the END OF THE VALLEY, not before the boss where you cant tp anymore after entering it.
Second : Let us hhave choice when you re enter from your Hideout, to choose the teleport point.
Third : Make this mob not bug :p
Fourth : May be a modifier in the map is the problem so i'll let you analyze that.
