Bug Act 2 cruel missionThe gates of Halani

Good morning, yesterday I had a problem and it is that at the end of the mission of The traitor's passage indicated to me that I should go to the Halani passage, as in act 1.
The problem is that the noc froze just before opening the second door. There was no solution, I have rebooted, I have logged out but nothing changes.
Any solution? I can't move forward!
