can't move relics to relic locker

hello,

i'm using an xbox 360 controller on windows 10, and i notice that when i pickup a relic using the A button, i can't move it across into the relic locker. the game only allows me to move the relic around within my own inventory, even though the relic locker is open on the left side of the screen.

the only way i can move items into the relic locker is by using the Y button to "quick move" the item into the locker, then i can pick it up from inside the locker using the A button, to move it around to another position within the locker.

once inside the relic locker, if i use the A button to pick it up, i can freely move it back into my inventory, but then the cursor gets stuck in my inventory and i can only either place the relic in my inventory, or hit the B button to release it back into the locker.
