Bug with Hand of Chayula and Voltaic Mark

When using Hand of Chayula in the off-hand and applying Voltaic Mark to an enemy, the increased shock effect is applied correctly. However, when attacking with the main-hand weapon, the explosive attack effect of Voltaic Mark does not trigger.

If the enemy is defeated using Hand of Chayula, the explosive effect of Voltaic Mark does trigger.
