My partner got crash from travel through time portal.

He's going to help his friends in act 3 but when he travel the game got crash at that character(Warrior) and then he trying to log in but crash again.

so now he try login with monk, it's fine until he go through time gate portal he got crash again. now he can't play with both character. please help ; ;
