Is accuracy important for zone effect damage?

When I add an item with the accuracy modifier, the label of my damage goes up.

But Im almost using just zone damage attacks.

Is accuracy important in that case?

Should I focus on other stats like adding fire damage, even if the damage shows to be lower without the accuracy?

Accuracy is equated with attack skill.

It affects all attack skills regardless of whether they are designated as Aoe, Projectile or Strike skills.

Accuraci guarantees a chance to hit with attack skills and it is desirable to be 100%

That means your base accuracy isn't at 100% against white mobs , which also means unless you do a lot of hit/s your will struggle big time at hitting Rare/Unique targets with an additional Evasion modifier .
