Moderation System Account Locking Measure Issues

Mods left on approval pending on Subreddit for a long time so, here it is.

It is a just fustration from a paid customer. Not that deep =)

Don't know what system has been put in place but there have been many cases of Account being locked by Moderation System. Help forum is full of it. I have also been affected last week due to joking in chat in my case.

Likely the system is put in to combat RMT but seems it has negatively affected on players. I have been locked out of my game for almost two weeks now and support is, well you guess it, none-responsive. For some, it has been a month.

Why would you put a system in place that can heavily impact on your playerbase without having a resource to resolve the issues? The account system itself is very rigid. Once account is locked, you lost access to everything, Both games and also Forums.

And also, RMT accounts are still running. In extreme case, they would go and whisper players directly. So it is not even doing the job it should.

GGG should be transparent about this issue and compensate in some regards to players whom are affected.

Before people come in and say, "DON'T RMT". Well I am not dumb enough to buy loot with real money in loot grinding games. I am not low self-esteem and insecured.
