[SOLVED} Can't progress through story in Act 3 Cruel, Temple of Kopec

Hello,

I have just killed the Temple of Kopec boss, talked to Alva and she came to the middle of the elevator. After the dialogue, i got an error saying "Failed to connect to the instance" and when I came back, elevator didn't work, Alva wasn't here and I can't tp back to Ziggurat Encampment, for it results in the same error and requires me to relog.

My bug report reference number is 3,374,556,041
