Chat messages causing stutter

I can't believe that this hasn't been fixed since poe1, but yeah - as confirmed by thousands of people, hundreds of threads here and reddit, messages in global and trade do cause micro stutter every time, unless you constantly clear the chat log or switch rooms to empty ones. Exactly the same thing happened in poe1, which is why it's mind-boggling it made its way to poe2 as well.

Just to reiterate - clearing chat logs in game's folder or switching channels to random ones like /global 3123 and /trade 5321 fixes the issue. This is not related to pc.
