Keyboard and mouse stopped working while in game

I'm sure there are some people who are having similar problems with the keyboard, but I find this very disturbing that the game is able to disconnect both mouse and keyboard. It happened while being AFK in the game for some 20 minutes, when all of a sudden disconnecting sound was heard from windows and I was left with no other choice than to manually restart my computer. After booting, I had to plug/unplug couple of times in order to get them both running again. Please take this matter into consideration, as this should not be happening even on early access. Also, please note that I don't have this problem with any other games, frankly this is the first time I've experienced something like this. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.
