Trial of the Sekhemas - Progression lost after game crash

Hello,
I completed my 3rd Ascendancy, but while I was in the chest room after beating Ashar, my game crashed... When I reconnected I found myself at the entrance of the Trial of the Sekhemas, my progress lost and without my Ascendancy points 5 and 6.
