Lost items due to a crash

Got both my first Vaal orb and Divine orb from the yellow tier sarcophagi while running the Venom Crypts on my level 36 Infernalist. Took some pictures so I could brag to a pal. Went to type in the (still connected) Global chat and when I hit enter the game froze, and then crashed. On reboot I still had the XP from the first run, but both my inventory and map progress had reset to when I had entered. Going through a second time, I garnered a neat Orb of Augmentation and Orb of Transmutation. I'm not sure if there's a crashlog somewhere I could send in, but I figured I should make some form of bug report prior to killing myself.
