Arbiter Bug and Loot Gone

Hi,

i tried Arbiter for the first time Today and in the second i killed him he killed me. I saw a Morior Invictus on the Ground and some other Stuff. After i respawned at Checkpoint all Loot is gone. He just instantly died again somehow and dropped the Arbiter Points Book. But now i also cant click the Object : Power Awaits You. I just cant get to there.. im so pissed right now i really needed that chest piece.
