Keeps pausing

Hello, I dunno if any other console players are experiencing this but my game constantly keeps pausing itself and has done for the last month. I have tried everything beforehand to sort the issue out and came to realise I have the issue only on this game as other games the pause function doesn't happen. Please can you help me as it's ruining my game time especially as on maps and don't fancy dying.

The game checks if the network latency is nearly constant. If there are huge drops then it will automatically (in solo mode) pause the game.
So check your latency (with keyboard this is by pressing F1, there should be a similar key or key combination for controller players - alternative open the Options menu and go to the Graphics tab then it should show the latency graph).
