Shield Charge skill no longer works after character is tied by Heart Tethers in the Trial of Chaos

Reproduce the Bug:

1. Select "Heart Tethers" in the Trial of Chaos debuff.

2. There is a high chance (most of the time) that the moment you get tied by the tether, Shield Charge will no longer work afterward, regardless of whether you are tied or not, unless you re-equip the Shield Charge skill gem.

Fix:

1. Remove and re-equip the Shield Charge skill gem in the Skills UI.

2. The skill will work again.
