Item desaparece

I faced an issue today. I was mapping like any other day when suddenly i realized my damage decreasing. When i opened my gems (skills) i saw my DPS lower and when i opened my inventory, my wand just disappeared. I walked through the entire map looking for her, checked out my stash but i couldn't find it.

Can someone please help me out? I spent a great amount of divine orbs on her...
