Spark cast next to a wall

If you cast spark towards a wall in a lot of spots all the projectiles get bundled up and stay in a small spot. I don't know how to link screen shot but currently if you go into infested barrens and cast spark while facing a wall it will do what I described.

Perhaps it is an interaction issue with a gem or skill tree but definitely a bug
