Sekhma not appearing on map / desert map

After killing Balbala in act 2 normal I picked up the token and dropped it right after getting ascendency quest pop up, now i can't teleport to sekhma as I don't have it on map / desert map, can't warp to a friend because of "quest state". Killing her again on cruel didn't help. Tried getting the quest token on another character but its impossible to stash it.

" I killed her multiple times on normal difficulty but quest token drops only on first kill. Also having higher level tokens doesn't give me a dialogue option with Shambrin or Zarka. I believe its necessary to talk to them after acquiring the quest token to be able to travel to Sekhma trial. |
