Cast on Freeze/Crit stacking and draining all of my mana which kills me.

For context I run 2 copies of Cast on Freeze and 1 cast on Crit. For the cast on freeze I have one with Frost Bomb (Strip Away and Energy Retention)(Total Mana Cost: 140) and the other with Comet (Inspiration, Spell Echo and Impetus)(Total Mana Cost: 222). The cast on Crit is set up with Hypothermia (Ritualistic Curse, Heightened Curse and Cursed Ground)(Total Mana cost: 266). Also I am running the node in my skill tree called Invocated Efficiency (Reads as: Recover 3% of you're mana when you Invoke a spell, Trigged spells deal 45% increased spell damage.) Also I'm currently at a max mana of 3,663. However for some reason any time I got to fight a boss all of my cast on abilities trigger multiple times at the start of a fight and through out consistently draining all of my mana. This wouldn't be an issue except I'm running the node that makes my mana also my health. This means at the start of boss fight it's fairly common for the triggered spell to repeatedly go off until I don't have enough mana to cast them or drain my mana completely often leading to my character just dying. This only stops when I turn off all 3 of my "Cast on" abilities. I am fairly certain that isn't supposed to happen or am I just doing something wrong? Anything helps. Thanks.

Edit: Some other things I thought about. My main starting spell for boss fights is Ice Wall and this only happens during actual bosses not Magic and Rare enemies. Also I'm linking a very basic version of my build to reference.

I have the same problem with cast on shock. When I'm in a boss fight I'm afraid of using my skills. I have 7000 mana but in a very short time all my mana is gone and I die because a triggered lightning conduct uses up my remaining mana. That wasn't the case a few days ago and I have no idea why that is.
