Skills and poor visibility on loading in waystone nodes poe2

When loading in to the map for the first 10 to 15 seconds I can’t see abilities or skills (ie: glacial wall, grenade explosions, or enemy attack or abilities). This has caused me to die a couple of times from on death effects or the flowers that bloom chaos bombs. It’s very frustrating please look in to it GGG. I am currently playing on console (Xbox series S).
