Irradiated boss maps (atlas passive) randomly losing irradiated status on T16 waystones

I have the "Organized Forces" atlas passive active.

Some maps where are both irradiated AND corrupted LOSES the irradiated status as soon as I drop a T16 (corrupted) waystone on it.

I think this is the 3rd time it happens.
