advanced info on skills only moving forward when using controller

hello,

i'm using xbox 360 controller on windows 10. when i'm on the skills tab and i hit the "advanced info" option, it shows the advanced info for the selected skill. no problem.

when i use the up and down arrow buttons to cycle through skills, both buttons only cycle downwards through the list of skills.

please fix it so that the up arrow button cycles upwards through the list of skills. you'll know it's fixed when you can press down and then up to return to the originally selected skill.
