Meglomanic diamond not working

I have a meglomaniac diamon with Pure Energy and Hale Traveller that is not working. I am not getting increased energy shield nor 10 intelligence for Pure Energy. The flask charge per second is also not increasing. I only see the increased life recovery changing in the character sheet.
