Party member ejection from Arbiter fight

This one is short and sweet. If you are not the party member, if you click "respawn at checkpoint" instead of respawning you right next to the Arbiter arena, it will eject you from the zone and close all portals to you, as if you used up all of your lives. It happened to me twice and I am bummed out to miss out on the fight :(
