weird hang issue when enter portal or loading screen at external monitor

I use a laptop with 1 extra monitor for my setup, but when I change the display to an external monitor, there is no issue fighting in the map, but the problem will come out once I step into the portal for the loading screen, it does not always happen, but 10 times in the loading screen got 5 times will hang, have to force restart the laptop,cant event ctrl+alt+delete to stop the game, but when I change the display back to laptop monitor, there is no such issue happen

Both Intel and Nvidia graphic cards have been updated to the latest, I even tried to change the mode to full screen > windowed full screen or windowed, but the issue still exists on the external monitor
