equipment cannot be used, will not be charged

attached are a few screenshots showing my issue. I can equip the helmet but if it is, it says it can't be used. i unequipped everything. Any Idea?

" i actually had the same thought this morning that the requirements also affect the helmet itself and wanted to try it out later. Thanks for that. But I still don't understand why my amulet isn't counted. |
