Getting fail screen while using gamepad

This happened when we tried to complete Sekhema's final trial. We were playing on PC with two gamepads. When this error appeared, we couldn't use the gamepads for a while. After that, one of us finally paused the game, but it still didn’t work, and the trial failed.
