no exclamation mark above sekhema at end of act 2

hello,

at the very end of act 2, when you need to ask sekhema to take you to act 3, there is no exclamation mark above her head.

this is only a minor issue, but since every other time ytou need to speak with an NPC to progress a quest they have an exclamation mark above their heads, it can be confusing to players who think they've already exhausted the dialog options with sekhema.

i personally wasted a few minutes the first time walking around the caravan and the temple where the hooded one revealed himself before i eventually found the extra dialog option with sekhema.

please fix.
