Frankfurt realm (EU) lag spikes

Not sure if it is for BUG report section.

I am playing from EU.

I select usually Paris or Milan(?) with extremely low ping. Under 50 all the time.

I can play with people from US/Canada, with very stable less than 150 ping.
I can play with people from Russia with the same stable < 150 ping.

I can even play with Asia realms, with stable ~250 ping. Not great, but I pick Magic Find with good defenses, and I still can enjoy the game.

But the moment I get placed in Frankfurt (EU) I get terrible Ping spikes.
It is unplayable.

The ping is around 40 MS.

But I am constantly getting PING spikes.
I am talking about playing COMICS.

What is wrong with Germany? Is there something specific about that realm or I am the most unlucky person in the world?
