[Guide POB] Hexblast blood mage | 1m DPS, less than 20 divs to build

I had a lot of fun (= deaths) trying to make this build work. I think now, it is at a point were I can proudly share it.
It has an extremely fast map clearing speed, simple to play (mostly one button, lol) decent survivability and its cheap!
