Valley of Titans Relic

I'm trying to insert the relic from the valley of the titans (ACT 2 - Cruel) but I can't select the altar to insert the relics, when I drag the relic to the socket it disappears and appears again when I move my cursor over the altar.

NOTE: I checked in ACT2 and the same situation is occurring.

Same issue here - didnt have the issue with my other chars occured today during questing.

Map reset didnt have an effect.
