Disco during boss transfer phase ...boots me....fails my Citadel map no fragments

I was running the copper citadel. Burned the boss to where he would ggo to phase two. Game freezes me and my guildy (Violetiy) and kicks us both. Come back and all protals are gone and citadel fails. This is nuts!!! It is hard enough to find them, but hten to have game freeze and boot with portals still up and its auto fails map bc of your server fail. thats insane. Hopefully you can restore node or at least give me the pieces for my burning citadel. I literally was cruising through map easily and jus tdid stone earlier that night. failed me and now I have to search for another copper node for quest and to do my arbiter again. Come on
I mean that is 2 to 4 divine orbs worth of fragments for me to try to replace this not to mention the time I invested to get there. I was full hp full flask charges and just cruisin through boss fight........
please make this right. If it was any other type of map I would just lose the breach, ritual, expedition, whatever but a citadel.
