Savannah Map always laggy

Currently running t15+ fully instilled maps. I have noticed that the Savannah node has particular performance issues. I have reliable performance playing POE 2 in general, but I exclusively experience the same issues every time running this map.

- Large stutters in gameplay, very frequently the stutter will result in my death
- Delirium sound effects do not play correctly. They stop 2-3 seconds after entering the map
- My skill (spark) inconsistently casts, with number of projectiles severely reduced per cast (may just be visual?). Additionally sound effects do not play correctly for the skill
