Prism of belief diamond BUG, doesnt add damage (lightning warp)

The unique jewel prism of belief jewel does only show the +3 levels but doesnt change the damage in the tooltip.
It seems like it doesnt change the damage because of this. Maybe its only a tooltip buff, which i really hope but if its not its a waste of a jewel.

Could you guys look into this? It seems bugged.
