Didnt get the last ascendancy points / PS5 / POE2

Didnt get the last ascendancy points from the trialmaster boss fight. I killed him and went to the statue but i couldn't click on anything. I have a video too. I left the place went to my hideoout still nothing, did restarted the game still nothing. I dont want to waste my time to do 3x trial and the same happens again. I dont know how to send the video. I just want my hard earned points :/
