Regard weapon set attribute passives and support gem capacity.

Scenario:
I have 10 STR and my main weapon set use 2 red support gem, it has been working fine.
Then I want to use a second weapon and socket another red gem into its weapon's skill (Sigil of Power - Persistence), so I allocate another 5 STR in weapon set 2 passives.
Sigil of Power can only be cast with set 2, and the rest of my skills are configured to only be cast with set 1.
Now when I switch to weapon set 1, my main skill which supported by a red support gem get disabled for exceeding support capacity for STR stat.

The extra red support gem is only used when I use weapon set 2 and I need as much stats on my main skill tree to be INT as possible, is there a way to config which support gem is disabled when I use each set of weapon?
