Amulet - Stopped Allowing Gem Inserts

• Choir of the Storm Amulet’s (lvl 84, Greater Lightning Lvl 19) support gems are grayed out when equipped, not allowing support gems to be inserted.
• Equipping this Choir amulet (lvl 84 version), and hovering over the Greater Lightning Bolt Skill’s support gem sockets, causes POE2 to Crash. I've been using this amulet up until Crashes begin yesterday evening (Pacific Time)
• Compared to a Lvl 78 Choir amulet I have. Lvl 78 Works as intended, no issues.
• I’ve included pictures of both, the example support gem being used, highlighting of available sockets, my character stats. My level class is Blood Mage, 85.

You need 192 intelligence. (just ran into that problem too)
