Marketplace Efforts?
I'm a new early access player.
I enjoy the market metagame. I played the market in Everquest and WoW. For love of the game, not RMT. I farmed tradeskill components and twink gear. I waged and sometimes lost trade wars. (Never cracked the Inscription market in WoW). I made a killing on cata greens before pandas and pokemon. The gambling element of PoE2 is real. A failed RNG in crafting used to result in loss of all components. RNG could cause even a grandmaster combine to fail. I'm glad that element is back. The pit of loss that is an RNG-improbable failure should be known by every gamer. Except chess players. I remember when cross-faction trading entailed dropping gold on the ground in public and picking it with an alt. (Player-to-Player trade wasn't implemented yet.) That was tricky on Sullon Zek. I also raided regularly and advanced through progression quickly to access the keys and droppable quest items early. Experts on the market economy for PoE and Diablo are guiding the devs with feedback. Where can I go to hear those conversations? Last bumped on Jan 31, 2025, 6:12:43 PM
