My loot is unlootable!!!!!!!!help

I have 3 seconds to loot, otherwise item name dissappears makin it unable to loot....i can still see items on the ground plz help so dangerous rushin too looot on my hc .... Explodin corpses fear tryin to get my loot....this is makin me not want to play.....

I know how to fix , just create new character then go kill monsters until they drop item.
Log out go to your main character the item drop should back to normal. Some how it work for me!
