Loot from last simulcrum wave spawned outside of final arena

After completing final wave of simulcrum, the loot spawned outside the wall of the final arena. Of note I was hugging that wall when the round completed.

Book of knowledge and boss specific loot still dropped in the middle of the arena as expected.
