Minions not casting/Spirit not displaying correctly.

so i just logged back into the game and my Minions will not cast. I HAVE NOT changed any gear between logging off and back on. however im thinking its a bug? so i just got to Deshar. Minions are with me when i get off the caravan. the moment i get attacked they despawn. i mean unless this is part of the quest (trial of corruption) i dont know whats going on? the game is also not displaying my spirit correctly. nor does the spirit bar next to the mana orb drain. the bar reads 60/60, but with the gear i have on that number should be closer to 135. in the skill menu it is showing all skins on and properly deducting my spirit. again i have not changed any gear or skill gems between logging off and on. however i did have to log off earlier because i was lagging out and getting server error messages, and prior to my sever issues everything was working fine. i did one restart of the game and managed to get them to spawn again, but same thing happens when i get attacked. they disappear and will not recast. and spirt bar reads 60/60. even if i change areas the same thing happens.
