wrong hash continuous downloading

I have been trying to log into POE2 on windows but when loading the game it gives update of 5.16 MB but continues to download till stopped by hash error around 51.37 MB. "Downloaded file Bundles2/Streaming/Content/data/worldareas/E4/delirium_act3town.vworld.bundle.bin has the wrong hash. Any suggestions?
