How often do enemies Impale the players?

Trying to decide if "Cannot be Impaled" from Protection Mastery has much value or not.

Maps can roll it. A few select enemies can. Depends on how well you can handle Impale. I don't think I've ever specced into it, except maybe once on a specific build where I went for "prepared for everything".
