Olroths End game

Anyone knows if in +80 longbooks, Olroth may appear in any maps or only in frigid bluffs?

He can appear in any Logbook map with area level 79 or higher. There's a chance to spawn (maybe 20%-ish), look for the skull indicator on map and blow it up to unearth his cave. I don't believe the map type matters.
